● Everyone, no matter what culture or religion,Spirit. they are associated with, needs FAITH. Its what keeps us going in our darkest days and gives us hope for the future. Your faith doesn't have to be religious. To believe is to have faith. But faith is no use without good deeds.
● I ask you to carry out at least one act of kindness this week. Something you usually wouldn't do or take that little step further than you normally would. Give your friend who needs cheering up a bunch of flowers. Pay for someones papers, anything you can think of that you would like to be done to you. It doesn't have to cost much and the most rewarding things are the ones that cost you nothing but your time! Take an elderly neighbour to get their messages. Anonymously tell someone what they are good at. Leave them a little note telling them how much they are appreciated.
● Whilst I was doing my shopping I picked up a bunch of roses popped them in the trolley, took them home and took them round to my friend. She was delighted. These acts must be carried out without the want for something in return. But by carrying out these acts of kindness, you are sure to receive kind acts yourself. The following day after giving my friend the flowers, I too recieved a lovely bunch from one of my other friends. I honestly didn't see it coming and wasn't expecting it whivh made it twice as nice.
● When someone does something nice for you, you automatically feel happier and wanting to do something nice in return.
So, please, carry out your random act of kindness. Its quite catching so you might feel the need to carry out a few more - please do!
